The forward thinking owners of the hotel have teamed up Alan Fellowes, recognised as one of the prime movers of hotel investment, together with a professional team of solicitors, valuers and financial services advisors, to offer for sale a number of hotel rooms.

Investors will own an individual room (or rooms) from which they will receive a share of its sales. In the first 3 years there is a guaranteed return of 8.25% gross per year after which the owner will receive 50% of sales.

Events

At Holland Hall Hotel we have regular Party Nights with artists bringing back the swinging 60's and 70's soul, disco and Motown popular music - top class disco evenings with a late bar which continues 'til 1am.
