MYSTERY DINERS REQUIRED - Calling all budding restaurant critics.

Imagine being able to walk into a top restaurant, order whatever meal you like including wine and soft drinks and not pay a penny!!
Well now is your chance as Aspects Restaurant at Holland Hall Hotel are looking for a team of local people, who along with a guest, can sample the restaurant over the coming year and all they have to do in return is report back to owner Ron Jones about their experience.
The restaurant, which is on the site of the former Winstons Pizzas on Lafford Lane in Upholland has recently been refurbished now offering a Mediterranean style setting complete with an indoor relaxed dinning area and comfortable lounges and the Olive Tree heated outdoor terrace to enjoy lunch or an evening meal. Freshly cooked British food with a modern twist is on offer from a varied menu along with an extensive wine list, all at very reasonable prices.
To ensure that the restaurant continues to give customers the best food at the best value prices with quality service guaranteed they are looking to introduce `mystery diners’.
Ron said; “We care what our customers think and want to ensure we are giving them what they want. Inviting local people to the restaurant to sample our food free of charge and give us feedback will enable us to continue to provide what we feel is the best quality food and restaurant atmosphere in the area.
“None of the staff including me will be aware which customers are the mystery diners to ensure the information we get back is an accurate reflection on the restaurant. We are not just interested in their thoughts on the quality of the food and the wine, we want customers opinions on everything from our lounge areas, parking facilities and interior design to the outdoor Olive Tree Terrace and even the gents toilets which we think are rather unique!”
Anyone wishing to take part or requiring further information should contact the hotel for an application form by logging on to the web sites. www.aspectsrestaurant.co.uk or www.hollandhallhotel.co.uk
