BLUE LIGHT HEROES REWARDED BY LOCAL RESTAURANT
A top hotel and restaurant has offered a `luncheon lifeline' to the local emergency services.
Bosses at Aspects at Holland Hall Hotel, Lafford Lane, Upholland wanted to say thank you to the blue light heroes of the police, fire service and ambulance crews along with nurses based at all the local hospitals, who often work long night shifts and weekends.
Owner, Ron Jones has decided to put his money where their mouths are and is offering a tasty tribute on proof on occupation.
Diners either at lunchtime or evening meal from Monday to Thursday are being offered the chance to enjoy a meal with the second meal half price.
Ron Jones explains; "The emergency services work around the clock, often having their free time during the week or during the daytime.
"We wanted to offer them a special deal that they could enjoy during their valuable leisure time."
