Feature Hotel Rooms & Suites

The feature rooms and bridal suites are situated in the original house which dates back to 1604. Many have original features including beams, large feature stone fireplace on the first floor landing, and a priest hiding hole.

We have kept and used a lot of the Victorian and Edwardian furniture. In some rooms we have put together a modern yet contempary feel even down to the installation of flat screen LCD televisions, with free view channels.

The rooms had new carpets in 2004, and are either double or king size beds, with quality 9 tog quilts covered in Egyptian satin stripe covers presented with colour co-ordinated cushions, and have hospitality tray with named brands and most are now fitted with iron and ironing boards.

All bathrooms are fully tiled with shower, bath or bath and shower, and have hairdryers. The Botanical's range of toiletries are used including soap, shower/bath gel and ultra mild shampoo.

The Bridal Suites have the added facility of an open plan lounge with TV and feature two shower rooms

Family Rooms

Family rooms offer all the facilities of the standard rooms and are situated in the cottage which is 100 yards to the right of the main hotel building.

Overlooking Deanwood Golf Course and Deanwood Forest all have lovely views.

All of the family rooms have a double bed and a double sofa bed.

The ground floor and first floor rooms are accessed by way of separate front doors, the great feature of these rooms is parking directly in front of the cottage.

Umbrellas are available in reception should our Lancashire weather turn to rain.

Classic Inn Rooms

Classic rooms are bright and airy with a traditional feel featuring built in mahogany furniture, many overlooking open country aspects.

The rooms are fitted with twin, double or super king size beds with quality 9 tog quilts covered in Egyptian satin stripe covers (similar to Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza).

Remote control 20 inch T.V, hospitality tray with named brand items, and fully lined blackout curtains.

Bathrooms are fully tiled with bath and shower, and have hairdryers, soap, bath and shower gel are provided.
